Open Forum Events are looking to add to our successful delegate sales marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and be able to work towards targets and in a team.
Working within the delegate sales team you will be responsible for generating new ticket sales for our one-day events. You should have the ability to work along a campaign schedule and manage your workflow effectively and on time, you will be an intelligent individual, who strives to maximise their potential in this field. Your role will involve contacting key individuals across public, private, academic and charity sectors using our digital marketing platform and telephone, so computer literacy, a confident manner and the ability to articulate yourself on the phone is crucial. You will also have the initiative to research national news and source leads.
Experience in digital/email marketing, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a proven track record in sales would be an advantage. A basic understanding of IT, enthusiasm to learn and the drive to succeed is essential.
The ideal candidate requirements:
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, This position is available for an immediate start.
