Alison Keizer

I am currently the Dementia Lead for Sussex Community Foundation NHS Trust and have been in the role since summer 2017. Prior to this, I was the Admiral Nurse Clinical Lead in the same trust. This role was working with the carers/families of people living with dementia. Prior to this, I worked for Sussex Partnership Foundation NHS Trust for 10 years, working in various roles, including the Older Person Mental Health Liaison Team Lead within the acute trust. Also, within various working age services. I trained at Coventry University.
