Andrew is a Senior Associate in our Regulatory Compliance team, based at our London office. He specialises in providing representation.
Andrew advises and represents healthcare providers facing investigation or prosecution by the CQC, arising from alleged regulatory breaches. He also advises on matters of health and safety, environmental and food safety & hygiene.
He has particular expertise in providing representation and support to properly interested persons appearing at the Coroner's Court, during the course of inquest hearings.
Andrew represents healthcare professionals subject to fitness to practise or misconduct proceedings, brought against them by their regulatory body.
Andrew has higher rights of audience and is a member of the Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates, Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers and the Health and Safety Lawyers' Association.
