Deborah qualified as a nurse before changing to a career in law. She has been working in children’s law for over a decade ranging from human rights, chid protection, children services commissioning and heads up the children law team at Bevan Brittan.

Deborah has also worked nationally on child protection protocols and has conducted several Serious Case Reviews. She is also a trustee of a national children’s charity.
