Felicity Singleton is the Head of Strategy and Economics for the Government Digital Service, with responsibility for the implementation of the Government Transformation Strategy and oversight and co-ordination of digital policy and strategy within GDS. Felicity has been at GDS since its founding, bar a two year sabbatical soaking up the tech scene in San Francisco. With extensive Whitehall experience, Felicity has had responsibility for developing and implementing policy and strategy for GDS and working with Departments to support delivery of Government's digital objectives.
Felicity originally worked with Martha Lane Fox drafting the report that led to the founding of GDS and came back into Government to facilitate its implementation. She has a background in policy and private office in DCLG and Cabinet Office, prior to which she delivered complex urban regeneration projects as a consultant to the local and community sectors.
