Helen has over 20 years’ experience supporting organisations through sustainable change, both within the private and public sector.
For the last 13 years, Helen’s work has predominantly focused on social care and health in various operational and strategic roles supporting local authorities and the health sector across the country. She is an experienced transformation lead, having worked extensively in both adults and children’s services, with a proven track record of innovation and successful implementation.
Helen now works with a range of organisations to develop new strategies, design business cases and work with the in-house teams to implement the changes through people focused transition management, process redesign, people based commissioning, integration of health and social care services and market place facilitation.
She is a highly adaptable and successful consultant with a thorough understanding of the social care and commissioning environment and particularly the requirements of the Health Care Reform (Better Care Fund).
