Paul Boyfield is the founder of Lexington North and Group Property Director of Lexington Group. Paul has over 20 years’ experience as a political consultant working in the property and regeneration field across the country. Paul has worked on all types of property development including residential, retail, large scale urban regeneration, town centre master plans, EFW (energy from waste), wind farms, sports stadia, office and employment schemes and NSIPS (Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects). Away from property work, Paul provides strategic advice to clients on the devolution agenda, which became especially prudent as power began to shift from Westminster to Metro Mayors. This has led to several clients of note within the public sector space, including Core Cities, TfGM, GMCA and MCC. Prior to consultancy, Paul worked in the House of Commons as a researcher and for a think tank, the European Policy Forum.
