Paul’s background includes creating the first online shopping services in the UK, technology start-ups and turn-arounds, inter-governmental lobbying, and a range of charity work, from Amnesty International and the Hebridean Trust, to his current position as CEO at Claremont, a multifaceted centre for older people. Paul, who is also a psychotherapist, is passionate about people feeling that they matter to each other. He is facilitating partnership work on a project called Flourishing Lives, aiming to transform arts, leisure and psychological “day services” for older people.
