She has 20 years’ experience working within a variety of settings including community services, forensic services, and autism services in both the NHS and Independent Sector. Rebecca has also spent time working within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Rebecca is a hands-on clinician who utilises positive role-modelling to lead the ward based staff teams.
