Suzy has worked in the social care sector all of her working life and has a passion for working alongside care homes to share good practice and highlight the wonderful work that often goes unrecognised.

Suzy’s work is also informed by her experience as a relative visiting her Grandma in a care home and her current experience of caring for her Mum who lives with dementia.
