Tim Cummins is CEO of the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM), a global non-profit organization with more than 30,000 members. Its mission is to increase the success and integrity of trading relationships. In this role, Tim oversees provision of advisory services and training to major corporations and public sector bodies worldwide. The Association is currently providing UK Government with civil service training in Commercial Skills for Leaders, as well as working with Governments in countries such as the US, Australia, Denmark, Indonesia and Angola to raise contract management competence.

Before founding IACCM, Tim worked in Finance and Commercial Management roles in banking, automotive, aerospace and technology sectors, negotiating contracts up to $1.5bn. His career included 12 years at IBM Corporation, where he headed the European Marketing Support organization and was then appointed to the Chairman’s staff in New York to lead worldwide reengineering of the contracts and pricing process. He spent 4 years working in Paris and has been resident in the United States for approximately 20 years.
