Abby has 13 years’ experience of working collaboratively with the health and social care sector using technology to help improve outcomes – from e-learning to mobile apps, websites and audit tools to complement the activities of the LSCBs and other organisations who work with children and young people.

Abby was instrumental in developing the safeguarding children e-academy and national steering group who shared best practice at their quarterly meetings to inform product development.

Abby also led on the creation of free at point of use resources such as the Home Office FGM toolkit and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office Forced Marriage training resource. In addition to this she was responsible for working in partnership with charities to create resources to raise awareness in parents and young people to foster improved communication between professionals and service users.
