Beth has been a registered nurse for nearly 13 years and started her career in St Peters Hospital in Surrey on MAU and worked there for 6 years working from a newly qualified nurse to a Ward Sister. Following that She relocated to Southampton and briefly worked for Rapid Response in the community before starting in Medicine for Older People in Southampton General Hospital as a Sister and worked up to be a Ward Leader. For the past nearly 3 years Beth has worked as Matron for Inpatient Respiratory Medicine. She has a passion for high standards of patient care and she aims to achieve this by encouraging well trained and well supported teams on the wards she covers.
