Caroline Dykeman (Registered Nurse – Adult) is a Clinical Development Lead with The Utilisation Management Team. She has over 25 years’ experience working in the NHS, specialising in Emergency Medicine and the field of Utilisation Management. She has a BSc Special Honours degree in Psychology and is currently working towards a Master’s qualification in Health and Social Care Leadership. Caroline provides expert clinical intelligence to inform and support integrated care systems and sustainability and transformation partnerships in meeting local NHS and Social Care challenges.
