Charlie Leyland is an experienced Higher Education Policy Adviser for learning and teaching funding and development. Representative on national steering groups for quality enhancement research and activity. Once a student representative at the University of York Students’ Union, elected to the NUS national executive committee; reviewer then Aide to the Chief Executive at QAA; student engagement manager at the University of Exeter, including managing the internationally acclaimed ‘Students as Change Agents’ initiative, and spent some time working with alternative providers.
