Lesley is the Medical Director in Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and a Consultant Psychiatrist in community and inpatient adult mental health services locally for 15 years. She is a Health Foundation Quality Improvement Fellow. Southern Health is part of the South Hampshire multispecialty community provider vanguard, and we are working with partners to develop new models of care for local communities.
