Dr Nihara Krause is an award-winning Consultant Clinical Psychologist, lecturer, mental health teach creator, CEO & Chief Clinical Officer of stem4. She is the clinical creator of Calm Harm, Clear Fear, Combined Minds, and Move Mood, four internationally recognised, evidence-based mental health Apps, with her fifth app for stem4, Worth Warrior, to be released in December 2022. Nihara’s MINDYOUR5 wellbeing programme and Head Ed, a digital mental health literacy programme for schools & colleges is available nationally. She has written numerous resources on mental health. including COVID19 related parent and young people booklets translated into six languages. Her clinical specialisms include eating disorders, trauma, self-harm, clinical perfectionism, peri and postnatal metal health. She is a member of the BPS expert group advising on policy, has been mentor to the Youth Health Parliament, contributed to a House of Lords enquiry on cyberbullying. Nihara contributes regularly to TV, radio and the media.
