Hailey joined Texthelp in 2015 from a background of learning disability support work, seeking to further her passion, empowering individuals to excel in life and achieve their full potential.

In the NHS, one million patients are served every 36 hours despite common barriers to communication, including language, culture, disability and digital literacy challenges. What better a way for Hailey to ‘change lives’ by improving communication across NHS organisations, their staff and access to services for patients.
