Jack Stancel-Lewis is an NHS England Clinical Fellow and an Audiologist by profession, who has a specialist interest in age related hearing loss, children with special needs and vestibular rehabilitation. He leads a programme designed to deliver hearing checks for children and young people with learning disabilities and autism in residential special schools. As part of this programme Jack has developed a unique methodology with partners, including his co-presenter Ruth Thomsen, that empowers trusted people to deliver hearing checks with innovative technology in a COVID safe way.

Jack has led workstreams aimed at improving access to sensory health across London, including a successful project in care homes utilising patient participatory methods to embed awareness around the importance of sensory health, which included the implementation of a Sensory Health Passport. He is interested in exploring ways in which technology can be used to improve ear care pathways, utilising a diverse workforce to enable access.
