Jeff has been involved in online and blended delivery of business programme since he first launched a specialist Public Relations Masters course online.
Jeff is a specialist in digital marketing and, between 2003-2009, ran his own agency while already lecturing at Manchester Metropolitan Business School. Since joining the Faculty full time Jeff has led delivery of bespoke corporate programmes such as the MSc Multi-Channel Retailing for JD Sports Fashion plc.
His area of research interest is around the impact of social media on corporate brands and he is an award-winning academic author and multiple award-winning blogger. He is a member of the Operational Board of the Manchester Publicity Association and regular lecturer for professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
