Konrad is West Ham United Foundation’s Youth & Community Work Manager and also heads up the Advantage Programme nationally (do you want a short description of the programme here or will that be somewhere else anyway?). Prior to joining West Ham at the start of the year Konrad worked in the homelessness sector for almost a decade providing opportunities across England to people experiencing homelessness in to inspirational activities at local football club community organisations. Konrad also managed the Team England programme that represented England at various international social inclusion tournaments and activities.
 Konrad is born and raised in London and passionate about supporting development and providing opportunities to those in the community that need it most, in line with individual needs and interest.
