Krista qualified as a Nurse from St George’s Hospital Medical School and Kingston University in 2001. She has 17 years of Emergency Medicine experience and started her nursing career in at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. After spending 6 years overseas, working in Africa, Australia and Thailand, mixing remote and urban Emergency Medicine, she returned to the UK in 2010. On her return, she worked as a Junior Sister in the Royal United Hospital in Bath, then moving back to London as a Senior Sister and Practice Educator at St George’s Hospital in Tooting. She then became the Modern Matron at King’s College Hospital in Denmark Hill before joining eConsult in 2017 as the Clinical Director for Urgent & Emergency Care.
