Nicola Lee is an Employment Relations Adviser at the Royal College of Nursing. She joined the RCN in 2001, bringing with her experience working in the voluntary sector, higher education and the NHS. Nicola provides expert support to the Employment Relations team on pension and pay matters and is the RCN’s representative on NHS Staff Council Sub Groups for Job Evaluation and Equality and Diversity and the NHS Working Longer Group. She is currently studying for an MA in Industrial Relations at Keele University.
