Rachael has 25 years’ experience in supported housing and an absolute passion for what it takes to support clients at all levels.As Executive Director, New Models of Care, Rachael has overall responsibility for over 600 supported housing projects nationwide. Home Group is the largest national provider of housing with support, delivering services for clients with social care and health needs, as well as national criminal justice work with ex-offenders.
Previously Rachael has worked for a range of supported housing providers including local authorities, NACRO, and Riverside ECHG as Director of Supported Housing.
She is a trustee of Abbeyfield and CLINKS and an Editorial Advisor for Inside Housing magazine.
