Rachel offers strategic guidance in implementation, programme and operational management for Dementia United (Greater Manchester’s dementia strategy and improvement programme). She acts as the senior contact overseeing the programme planning, risk management, alignment of HR and finances and that governance and assurance is embedded and managed. Rachel has extensive experience in leading the full programme management of large scale change and improvement programmes including a Greater Manchester service reconfiguration of emergency hospital care; a North West England stroke improvement programme and North West England reducing mortality programme.
Rachel is an active member of GirlGuiding UK as a brownie leader, trainer and mentor. She is a keen swimmer (indoors and out), skier and enjoys walking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
