Sarah Walter is Director of the NHS Confederation ICS Network.

Sarah has a background in health policy, working at the Department of Health and NHS England before joining the Confederation where she has operated in a number of roles, including regional lead for the South West.

Sarah is passionate about women’s leadership and was previously Chair of the Confed’s Health and Care Women’s Leaders Network. She recently completed her Executive MBA at the University of Bath.
