Sharon is a committed, enthusiastic and dynamic procurement director with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders, harness full commitment and work positively in partnership. After a successful procurement career in industry, in 2009 she joined the public sector in order to use her expertise in a different way and deliver excellent results for service users and the taxpayer. She is now passionate about working in public sector procurement and has led on the establishment of a shared service initiative for three acute Trusts within the NHS Lancashire Procurement Cluster initiative.
