NCT offers evidenced based information and trusted practical and emotional support though our website; our nationwide network of 300 local branches; free helplines; antenatal and postnatal courses; support with infant feeding and peer support schemes.
NCT has recently teamed up with the iHV to train Parents in Mind peer supporters on an innovative peer support project to improve women’s mental health around the time of pregnancy, and has launched its Hidden Half Campaign to bring postnatal mental illness out of hiding.
