Andy Hoddy moved into the training industry after a very successful career in radio and publishing. At Prospect Digital he is helping clients including Hounslow Council, The Welsh FA, Premiership Rugby, Unite the Union, Volkswagen and The Ohio State Education Board to exploit the benefits of online training, observation and assessment to help their learners. Outside of work Andy has a keen interest in sport and cycling. This year he is competing in the London 100 and the London to Brighton cycling events.
