Caroline has worked for CQC since 2018. With over 20 years of experience in a variety of operational and leadership roles in the sector, she brings a wealth of experience to the role of senior specialist at the CQC. Caroline has a particular interest in the areas of reducing restrictive practices, how people with a learning disability and autistic people are supported when they have a mental health diagnosis and the consistent implementation of Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture statutory guidance.
