Corinna qualified as an occupational therapist 25 years ago and worked in both acute and community settings. She moved to higher education as a senior lecturer in occupational therapy before joining the NHS Leadership Academy three years ago. Her role includes leading work on apprenticeships and standards and governance for early to mid-career leadership development.
