Dave has over 24 years’ experience in the social care sector, both with children and adults and is a qualified social worker. He has a wealth of experience at both practitioner and senior management level. Previous roles include founder and Director of Housing and Support Solutions Ltd and a variety of roles within the Local Authority Learning Disability Services. In 2014 Dave won the national care innovator award at the Great British Care awards. This was a great accolade in recognising his collaborative working with key stakeholders to bring new service models into the care market.
