David is the Lead for the rollout of Oliver McGowan Training for the Northwest Region. David is also the Northwest Regional Lead for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Workforce at NHS England.
David is passionate about putting people with lived experience at the heart of the roll out here in the Northwest.
David’s current portfolio of work covers workforce planning, Strategic Planning & Workforce Commissioning.

David is also a carer for his elder brother who is autistic and bi-polar. David hobbies includes swimming and cycling.
