Dr Geoff Stoakes

  • Bio

Dr Geoff Stoakes joined the HEA in 2012. He has considerable experience of senior management in UK higher education.

Geoff is Head of Research at the Advance HE and has overseen the publication of a wide range of research publications, including Implications of ‘Dimensions ofquality’ in a market environment by Graham Gibbs (HEA, 2012).

He has expertise in HE policy, the management of research, learning and teaching. Dr Stoakes is the organiser of Advance HE’s nationwide Pro-Vice-Chancellor network working group on the TEF.
