Jaheeda is a pharmacist by background and a researcher at the University of Manchester. Her research is about improving patient safety and quality of health of older vulnerable and underserved populations (including older people who take multiple medications, older people with learning disabilities, people living with Dementia, older people from South Asian communities) with a specific emphasis on the safe and effective use of medicines in these populations with and without using digital technologies.
