Dr Edwards is a versatile leader, organisational change facilitator, clinician and author on leadership.
Her roles have included CEO and Executive Director positions within the NHS and health charities. She has also been a Non-Executive Board Member of NHS Integrated Healthcare Trust. This combined with a clinical background in behavioural psychology and podiatry place her in a unique position to facilitate organisational change.
She has a breadth of experience in the diverse challenges of supporting and managing stable organizations as well as those undergoing profound change.
Linda has specialised in making the seemingly impossible, possible by working with people to resolve issues that get in the way of achieving better health outcomes for people.She believes that the true skill of leadership is to create the environment which enables people to naturally shine.
