Eileen leads our Urgent and Emergency Care Improvement Programmes across the whole UEC pathway including, the UEC Accelerated Improvement; Digital UEC; and NHS 111 / Integrated Urgent Care. Eileen is a District Nurse by background with an extensive operational and improvement experience (community nursing, RCN, DoH, NHSE).
Eileen is a dynamic leader with the ability to inspire and drive change leveraging strong relationships. Eileen’s strategic leadership, complex stakeholder management, extensive understanding and experience of working with acute and non-acute providers all supports her passion for system wide improvement of patient journeys through care
