The various management positions Fátima has held has required her to identify a myriad of sustainable bespoke solutions to mental health and workplace stress challenges. Whether it resulted in the design and implementation of Bespoke Mental Health Services or Training Programmes, all solutions have been underpinned by robust infrastructures with correlating processes and procedures.

Fátima and the London Ambulance Service have been recognised for the development of the LINC initiative. LINC – Listening, Informal, Non-judgemental, Confidential – is a peer support scheme that provides fundamental training in counselling skills for Trust staff that volunteer for LINC; once equipped with the skills, they are able to provide confidential listening service to colleagues.
