Fee is a Nurse by background who qualified in 1991 and up until 2006, worked predominantly in Nottingham and Derby Acute Trusts. She was a Ward Manager for many years until 2016 when she moved into a Community Team Lead role, managing community nurses and therapists. This led on to her current role as Integrated Community Manager in Erewash.
