Giles Matsell is the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Nottingham University Hospitals and has been involved in supported employments programmes for over 10 years. DFN Project Search has been one of the most rewarding partnerships hosted by the Trust. We have former interns who have now been employed by us for several years. It has the ability to change perspectives in the workplace and change lives for young people. The stars of the presentation are the interns themselves; they will introduce themselves on the video.
