John has a wide breadth of knowledge gained through his work as a consultant, trainer and coach and as Managing Director of the UK’s first nationwide student counselling company - Counselling for Effective Learning. He has delivered coaching, facilitation and consultancy to a wide range of world-class organisations, including financial services, media, manufacturing, government, policing, and health services.
In addition to being a qualified Coach, John is also a qualified Counsellor and Human Givens Psychotherapist; holds four Masters degrees plus accreditation in both Strengthscope and the Strength Deployment Inventory and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has published over a dozen articles and is a regular speaker at international conferences.
