Katie Reade is Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer at Hospice UK, the national charity for hospice and end of life care.

Hospice UK works to ensure everyone affected by death, dying and bereavement gets the care and support they need, when they need it. Katie works across multiple policy areas, including leading the organisation’s work on end of life care in prisons. Previously, Katie worked at the public affairs and campaigns consultancy, Tendo Consulting and the criminal justice NGO, Penal Reform International.
