Kirsty Allen is the Research Environment Lead and Head of REF Delivery at the University of Oxford, and has worked in professional research support for over 10 years. As the lead institutional adviser on assessing research quality and impact and head of the (central) university-level REF team, she plans and manages the preparation of Oxford’s submission to the Research Excellence Framework. Kirsty works closely at a strategic and tactical level with senior academics and other colleagues from across the University on strategy, data and narrative, to plan and coordinate University’s REF ambitions.
