Laura is a passionate autism specialist with extensive experience in supporting both autistic learners and staff to understand the lived experience of autistic people and how they can improve their inclusive practice.

After graduating with a degree in Deaf Studies with Special Needs and Inclusion Studies, she worked with vulnerable adults with multi-sensory impairments. She later moved into further education as the Specialist Support for Autistic Spectrum Conditions for mainstream education, as well as the attached specialist setting. She joined CPI as a Global Professional Instructor in January 2022.
