I have specialised in CRM and Customer Experience for nearly 20 years from the early days of banking call centres through to omni channel, social enabled, device independent solutions.

I am passionate about improving customer experience, making it simpler for citizens to engage with Government and making it cheaper for Government to engage with citizens.
