Nigel Fyffe is one of AWARE’s Workplace Training and Development Officers. His role includes the development, coordination and delivery of AWARE’s portfolio of workplace education and training programmes; these include ‘Mood Matters in the Workplace’, their tailored mental Health awareness programme, ‘Supporting Employee Wellbeing’ , a tailored skills development programme for managers and team leaders, and Mental Health First Aid. He is also responsible for developing Aware’s Workplace Mindfulness project and the recently developed E-Learning platform, ‘iAmAWARE’. He lives in Belfast with his wife and two children and spends far too much of his time supporting Liverpool FC; he asks that you don’t hold that against him.
