Rachel has been working with the Health, Dementia & Wellbeing Team over the last few years. She is an Expert by Experience and a self-advocate and has been supported by MacIntyre for the last 20 years. Rachel is a truly valued member of the team, and has co-presented at many conferences and events such as the UK Dementia Congress. She often talks and reflects on the emotional impact that dementia has had on her and speaks of living with her best friend Alison who lived with dementia.
