Rebekah is the Associate Director for the Learning Disability Health Equality Team working on behalf of the collaborative forum of ICSs and Local Authorities across Southend Essex and Thurrock (SET)
She has a clinical background as a Speech and Language Therapist and experience in health management, service redesign, health and county council commissioning and LeDeR Local Area Coordination.
Our Team commissions specialist health services for people with learning disability and autism (all age), delivers the LeDeR programme, the Transforming Care programme and facilitates other national programmes relevant to people with Learning Disability and/or Autism on behalf of the area.
