Ruth was a Director of Nursing in 3 large teaching trusts in the North of England prior to joining NHS England in 2015.
In her current role Ruth is leading a programme of work with colleagues in the NHS and care sector to improve the quality of care, reduce admissions to hospital and reduce delayed transfers of care. Ruth is SRO for the national roll out of the Capacity Tracker.
