Sam joined the National Autistic Society in 2023 and comes from a background in policy and public affairs. He currently leads on mental health policy at the charity, which means engaging with the much-needed reforms to mental health legislation to ensure that they work for autistic people.

Sam also supports the National Autistic Society with its parliamentary engagement, including through the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Autism and meeting with key decision makers.
